You have reached the stage of pregnancy where people will likely stand up for you on the bus or train. Please make use of it! Feeling a little breathless is a common symptom that can affect you for the remainder of the pregnancy, and your feet may also swell, so rest with your feet up as much as possible.

How is your baby growing when 32 Weeks Pregnant?
Your baby is now 28cm from head to bottom and weighs about 1.7kg. Fat deposits continue to build, and their tiny bodies fill out as the week progresses. If they are in a breech position (bottom down), you may find your baby kicks you near your bladder, and you need to run to the bathroom more often. Don’t worry; there’s still plenty of time for your baby to turn before their birth.
What You May Feel
By now, it may have been a while since you last saw your baby on an ultrasound. If everything is progressing smoothly, there is often no need to have another one. However, towards the end of your pregnancy, if your baby is lying in the breech position, or there is a risk the placenta is in the wrong position, you may need to have additional scans. At this stage of pregnancy, it’s essential to take note of your baby’s movements. There is no set number of moves, but you will get to know their unique pattern of activity. If you notice any change in their movements, you should always raise this immediately with your doctor or midwife.
Tips when you are 32 Weeks Pregnant
Have you created a checklist of baby essentials? If not, write out a list of the things you need once the baby arrives. Think about the basics, such as a cot, pram, nappies, wipes, swaddles and clothes. It’s also a great time to talk with your partner about where your baby will sleep when they come home. Of course, it may be your baby that decides where they are comfortable sleeping, so it’s essential to be adaptable to their needs.
