They provide comprehensive maternity care, a low-risk facility, to the Blue Mountains community, assisting approximately 220 births every year. The hospital’s maternity unit contains two birthing rooms and a combined antenatal and postnatal ward with eight single rooms. They work on a Midwifery Group Practice caseload model of care for all women.
