Our Birth Ball plug is made to fit most Exercise and Birthing Balls, which have diameters of 55cm, 65cm, and 75cm. The stopper fits these sizes perfectly and the plug measures 36mm in length, tapering from 4mm to 6mm below the plug cap. To prevent air loss, it is important that the plug fits snugly. If the plug does not fit properly, you can lubricate it with a dry soap bar.
